    Beginnings of a Porchetta

    On the Weber 26 With SnS tomorrow......One giant piece of Fatty Goodness of heart attack...lol

    Stuffed with Garlic, Fresh Simon and Garfunkel herbs, Parmesan Reggiano, Sun Dried Tomatoes. Seasoned with Salt Pepper, Fennel Seed, Lemon Zest, a little MHMD, Little of my homemade coffee rub.

    Looks excellent! It looks like the skin is removed. If not it need to be seared to a crackle!
