It was worth the small amount of extra effort. Tasted similar to a pork tenderloin but much more flavorful.

I have never done the money muscle right, like above. I think I might cut me one off and take it all the way a la carte.

I think the tubes or chunks aren't really considered pulled pork because they're whole muscles. I could definitely be wrong though I am very new to the competition world, I'm preparing for my first comp. I was also very disappointed in the pork butts that I got. They were boneless and weren't deboned very well. I wont be going back there again. Overall I think everything came out pretty good. First time dealing with the money muscle.

Looks good, great smoke ring from what I can see. Personally I like the tubes about as much as the money muscle, that should still be considered pulled correct?
