12 hours in on the shoulder, tortillas were going to be homemade, but, made a gamble and lost, So, I will make those into tortilla chips now and some guac, and have purchased a pack, no time to make more, (hopefully.) going to make Chimichurri soon, prep two flank steaks, and cut up some veggies. Each guest is also leaving with a double ferment sourdough loaf.
