Pork back ribs

A few weeks ago Albertson’s had a sale on pork back ribs. I’d never heard of "pork back" ribs so I had to check them out. They looked like maybe spare ribs that had the bottom (or top) cut off. Anyway, got a couple racks to throw on the PBC. They were awesome...tender with no fat. I’ve looked a little on the site to find info on pork back ribs with no luck so I’m throwing it out to the experts. Whatever they are, I’m throwing a couple more racks on Friday!! Have a great day!

Those were baby back ribs. They may be labeled as "pork back", "loin back", or "baby back", but they're the same thing.

They look like baby backs. They had ribs marked baby back in the case as well, a lot more pricey. The ones I got for Friday are marked loin back. Thanks. Now I know....

Yep, they are just baby backs. Great cut of pork though!
