    thanks for the recommendation and recipe Huskee it was super fantastic, wouldnt change a thing except maybe add the original bit of cayenne depending on how i feel that day!

    Those sure look good. I got a couple of racks on the kamado today as well.


      Just did eight racks myself over the weekend, going home to finish off the remainder of them. Yours sure look good, especially those big shorties !!!!
