It’s a two burner, one burner runs across the middle of the grill east to west, and the other burner is like the one or your Q I had one like yours until my wife bought me this one @ Nate

      Awesome thanks for the info.

BTW don’t put a space after the @ when trying to tag someone.

Nice looking cook. I was between the Q and a Traeger pellet grill for a portable, went with the pellets, may still get a Q at some point.

Haveta admit, which might astonish many, bein's I don't own any gas grills, or smokers, that I've eyeballed more than one Q, on CL, dang near pulled th trigger, few times...
Nuthin wrong with a Q, in my book; it looks to be kinda both a Handy, an Intriguin sorta contraption...

You cooked them from start to finish on the Q?

        That's impressive.

I finished ribs once on a Q at a tailgate years ago. Smoked them the day before and then cranked it up at the tailgate and sauced the heck out of the ribs flipping every minute or so. Once they were heated through they had a good glaze. But I never went beginning-to-end on the Q.

i did something similar to this a little while ago. i set the outer ring burner to low, didn't use the middle one and put a pan under the ribs. i think it took a normal amount of time to cook them. no smoke though, so i would have to do what you did
