Smoked six racks of ribs this weekend on Hunsaker at 275 degrees f , plus 5lbs of wings on Keg and a pan of Mac and Cheese
Ribs were rubbed down with Mustard than we applied Kosmos Dirty Bird and Kosmos Honey Killer Bee rub . After 2.5 hrs of smoking , we double wrapped the ribs with tin foil adding Brown Sugar , apple juice , I can`t Believe It`s Not Butter and
Kosmos Cherry Apple Habanero Rib Gaze . We smoked them wrapped for 1 hr . We unwrapped the ribs and saved a 1/2 cup of liquid and added it to some Diana Gourmet Honey Garlic sauce . We brushed ribs with sauce and put them back in smoker for
15 minutes for sauce to set up .
Wing marinated in a oil based rub of Kosmos Dirty Bird , Honey Killer Beer and Dizzy Pig Ghost for about 4 hrs in fridge.
we used Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce .
