Is it OK just to show off a little?

Not sure how to get the pics to show up in the correct order but you guys know whats what. 9 lb Boston Butt, rubbed and wrapped overnight. In the smoker this morning at 5am. 225°-250° for almost 11 hours. Pulled at 195° an spent one hour in a faux cambro. Hand pulled and sauced with a sweet/spicy homemade bbq sauce. The yummy sounds were abundant at the Anderson house tonight! Now its time for some chocolate!

There is that awesome Virginia Dave's Smoke House again and that smoked Butt looks great. I can smell it down here in Georgia!! Yea buddy. It is fairly elementary to figure what order most of the pics where taken in Dave, Good Job!
