Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

The top two racks has MMD on them. The middle rack has the Huskee rub minus the brown sugar because I was afraid it would be to sweet for my taste. The bottom two racks has my rub on them and they will get wrap with a coating of brown sugar, butter and honey because that's the way the wife and grandkids likes them. I will be putting sauce on two of them using Max Good "Kiss of Fire" BBQ sauce.

These ribs were the best yet. Huskee your rub was fantastic and hats off to Max Good for a great BBQ sauce. One thing I did do that I didn't mention above was that I ground all of the rubs in the coffee grinder.

They look delicious from here. I'm always trying out new rubs and seasonings; so my friends and family are used to being served bbq labeled "A", "B", "C", etc as a blind taste test.

The wife likes the ones with my rub on them, the grandkids like them all and I like the ones with the Huskee rub but they all were good.
