    Pork Cheeks?

    Just received a big bag from Chesire Pork that I ordered the other day. 10# I'm going to cook probably 2# at a time for my wife and I

    Anyone got any good recipes?

    love me some apple cider braised pork cheeks. i follow this recipe pretty much to a T and never been disappointed. I have not tried smoking them or anything like that because i dont get them often.

      Never done this with pork cheeks but with pork ribs. Turns out amazing. My recipe calls for collard greens or the much maligned kale. It ends up turning both into sweet goodness. I need to make some, thanks for the reminder GG.

      Kale, collards, and spinach are the best three greens in my book. Usually grow kale in my garden every year.

    Braised pork cheeks are great!

      Over night brine in cola, dry off next day and let sit for few hours before coating in a rub of choice and 3-4 hours on the smoker. Love smoked cheeks no sauces or anything on them just the flavour of the meat & smoke.

        I throw a sweet rub on them and smoke them. You are going to love them. Soooooo good!
