Pork Butt Cook In Honor of Dan Johnston

Dan and I would occasionally talk using Messages. It was always a pleasure. Such a kind soul. His posts were the highlight of my day. So today's pork butt cook is in honor of him, the great Backyard Cremator In Fargo ND. Of course I had to do this... ❓❓❗️❓❓‼️

9 pounds, trimmed and dry brined a couple of days ago.
