            That's some good looking meat!! Seems to me it would be pretty easy to over do things with that flame thrower. How long do you put that flame to the meat?

              Watch it close...you see it start to caramelize almost immediately and you want to get it just as you get a bit of blackening at the edges. I got this trick from Bogart's in St. Louis
