Pork Belly Burnt Ends!

Had some trimmings left from the belly I used for my bacon.

So, I did my first pork belly burnt ends!
Followed Malcolm Reeds recipe

Pork Belly Burnt Ends Recipe - Pork belly smoked, then cooked with butter and brown sugar until tender. Finished with a Sweet Glaze.

They turned out amazing!
Served em with my signature Smoked Mac and Triple Cheese
