Threw a cook out last Sunday for over 20 people but due to an emergency 8 had to bail at the last minute. I have eaten ribs for every meal since then. First part of the week I reheated to hot, now I’m just grabbing them out of the fridge and throwing on the plate. I am officially ribbed out for at least a month! Did learn that cold ribs go well with scrambled eggs!
