    Pulled Pork

Pulled pork turned out great. Smoked at 250 for 10 hours but it was 108 outside today. I used MMD as a rub but only used 1/3 cup for an 8 lb pork butt.

All right , I see the caption & wonder if this is another thing I have no idea what someone is talking about, Pilled Pork. Boy was I disappointed. Well actually not, because the cook looks like it turned out pretty good. Congrats!

Aw geez, ya went ahead & corrected the spelling.

Juicy juicy indeed. Since I see no pills in the pictures I will edit your title if you so please.

Saturday night I smoked a 1 lb meat loaf. I put MMD on the outside and bacon on top. We had to put it under the broiler to crisp up the bacon. I didn't want to dry out the meat. It would look more impressive if it was bigger, but the dust made a really good crust.

Looking good! My goto flavors for pork are apple, pineapple (or orange) and cinnamon. Those are always present somewhere in either the rub or the sauce. Although this last one I just posted I used grenadine instead of pineapple and thickened with a slurry instead of more rub, as you have already seen.
