The stall only lasted for about an hour and a half, 2/3 of which me and William were sawin' logs. I don't know what it is about that big 'ol Traeger, but my stalls with butts or briskets rarely, almost never really, go over 2 hrs. I'm sitting at 190 right now and will probably cambro in about an hour: 1700 local time. Hmmm, now where is my Hendricks.....

Hmm, fzxdoc, cucumber you say? I like to drown a couple of fat olives, but your comment intrigues me. Is that the Hendricks talking.....

CaptainMike , since Hendricks is infused with cucumber and rose, it is said that a cucumber beats an olive in a Hendricks martini, since it echoes the flavor profile. I read that in the little booklet that came with my last bottle of Hendricks, as I recall. I tried it and liked it.

My pork butt stayed in the stall from 10:30 AM to 2:45 PM .... was getting a bit worried about making a 5:00 PM dinner ..... I just poured a Bombay Sapphire East and soda CaptainMike

Jammin' ecowper. But my usual carrier just switched to Orly. I suspect I may still find what we're looking for there!

Love me some good gin!!! Just a little slice of lemon peel and an ice cube please. Hendricks is high on my list, but no mention of Tanqueray 10??? What am I missing???

One butt crutched and one not. Stall effect is obvious. Pulled and mixed together later Click image for larger version
