ID:	516959fzxdoc I agree I would not serve @ a party but I loved it as well. Try it with the mild gochujang paste next time if its just the heat that bothered your husband. I made the sauce with the mild after seeing it @ my international grocer and got all the flavor without it being so spicy. Give it a shot. For those who don't mind spicy like me it is awesome as is.

      Thanks, OSB for the tip. I wasn't even aware that gochujang came in a mild form. I get it from a Korean grocer. I'll have to ask about the mild version. I buy locally-made cabbage and also daikon radish kimche from them. It's really hot/spicy as well.

      I'm a sucker for spicy foods, but my husband, not so much.

      Thanks for inspiring me to try the Barbecue Bible Recipe.
