    When cooking baby back ribs do you lay them bone side down or up?

    Most of the time I’m hangin em, but on the occasion I do them on the Weber it’s bone side down.
    Then there is the mgaretz Blasphemy Ribs, where your flipping em.

            With 5 slabs try an oddball one opposite of the others and see if you can tell the difference. Happy cooking. Good luck!

              Bone side down on my offset. Only flip em over on my gasser when I am glazing them at the end.

                I always lay them bone side down and when I wrapped them I put them meat side down.
