Depends on the Cooker I’m using... sometimes I wrap and sometimes I don’t.

    Looks good.

Don't be "ashamed" of what works ... those ribs look great!

Results are results. Can't argue with the way those baby's look! I personally don't because I discovered that when I wrapped it was a fine line between bite off the bone and fall off the bone. I have to have bite off the bone. Otherwise it's just pulled pork to me.

Yeah, the food only knows that it tastes good! I’ll wrap, if it works!

                  Wrapping?? Sometimes yes sometimes no.
What you have there looks beautiful. That’s all that matters. Nice job. 👍

Nothing to admit, really. It's a normal part of the process for me and a whole lot of other people. As long as you don't boil them, then we can all be friends!

Nice job on those ribs, by the way!

Like others have said, sometimes I do sometimes I don’t. Just depends on how much time I have and which cooker I’m using.

Almost always wrap because my #1 BBQ fan likes to steam some rice and have me saute it in the foil juice. I doctor it up of course, but it's a great side.

Nothing wrong with wrapping ribs. I wrapped them most of the time. Beautiful ribs BTW.

If that’s how you like it, wrap away, boss.
