I did a 3hr smoke 60 SousVide cook and broiled it 5 minutes a side glad I had hog tied it because it fell a part when I cut the strings it was excellent me and my wife went to town to do are 4H meeting came back home and Dogs ate a bout half of it now they get to sleep out side tonight
