2 racks of baby backs ready for an upcoming work food day. Because I want something tasty to eat and not the cheap and iffy hot dogs they will be serving.
Cooked using the PBC with their all purpose pit rub. Yeah I didn't pre-salt the meat and use a better rub but it was more convenient this way.
3rd rack of ribs is staying at home and used the last of the Whole 30 approved style rub that my wife prefers.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
