    Leftover Ribs?

Does anybody have a suggestion for the best way to reheat leftover pork spare ribs?

      Thanks, Boss.

I know this is not your question, but I'm going to use my next "extra ribs" for sides-enhancement: Take the meat off in chunks and pieces, reheat and adorn the BBQ beans, and home-made mac & cheese with the beautiful, smokey and dry-rub infused rib meat!

Any ideas out there on this front?

At a place in NYC (not remembering the name at the moment) they make a burnt ends baked beans. Awesome, and I don't eat beans.

Put them in a plastic bag with a slightly damp paper tower and microwave them for about a minute per 6 ribs.

Thanks for all the suggestions. What I ended up doing was placing six ribs on a microwave safe dinner plate in a spoke pattern, squirting a little sauce on them, covering loosely with plastic wrap and microwaving on 50% power (1100W oven) for 3 minutes. They were surprisingly good.

I usually just microwave mine. If they're good to start with a microwave certainly won't ruin them, just use instinctive common sense as far as time. If I have time (which is rare) I will oven heat them.

IF I have any leftovers, I usually put them in a pan with some sauce and bring them up to temp that way. If my sauce is thick, I'll frequently cut it with some apple cider vinegar.

Cold ribs out of the fridge are awesome. Never thought I would like such a thing but someone here suggested it and they were "Amazing"!
