Thanks for the inspiration everyone, this thread is officially making me hungry!!!

Cowboy baked beans or hearty loaded baked beans - I like to add ground beef and/or pulled pork, peppers & onions, corn, sometimes bourbon, a few chopped jalapenos. Potato salad. An easy apple cobbler for dessert.

Second this. The recipe on this site is fantastic and a crown pleaser!

I too am on the side of Mac & Cheese and baked beans as well as a vinegar based slaw, pickles, and brownies for dessert.

I can highly recommend the Sweet-Sour Slaw! Easy to make and so tasty. https://amazingribs.com/tested-recip...weet-sour-slaw

I cook for our high school football teams linemen several times a year. It sounds like the sides you have planned will be hits. A couple things our team seems to like best are loaded baked beans, parmigiana roasted potatoes, oven baked broccoli with parmigiana cheese and sugar cream pies.

Smoked Mac-&-Cheese always seems to be a hit with teenagers when I make it. My wife has a no boil recipe she puts together that all I have to do is get it in the pellet grill and stir a few times.

I’d suggest for dessert something apple (pie, cobbler, crisp). This will complement the pork selections.
