So we are hosting a team dinner for my son's varsity hockey team and I've decided on most of the meal so far. My plan is to make pulled pork, coleslaw, baby back ribs and scalloped potatoes (needed a carb). Most of the other team meals have consisted of pasta or lesagna but there have been a few "pulled pork" dinners of late and I feel the need to step up my game. I'm confident in my pork shoulder and coleslaw combo but I want one or two more sides to complement the meal and oblerate the "competition". Let me here your thoughts on what I can add to my meal plan to impress a bunch of 14-18 year old boys where quantity counts more than quality. There are no dietary restrictionss so I am happy to cheat with butter, baccon etc you get the idea. Could also use a killer desert idea too. Thanks!!

Rec Tec 680
Weber Performer
Weber Rotisserie for kettle
Weber Summit
My old worn out Gasser for burgers
Smoked Mac-&-Cheese always seems to be a hit with teenagers when I make it. My wife has a no boil recipe she puts together that all I have to do is get it in the pellet grill and stir a few times.
