Ha, yea I know but other than burnt ends (which I love) and cured bacon has anyone ever stuffed and rolled one of these up? Or done anything way different?

Iโ€™ll be doing pork belly burnt ends tomorrow as well- mixing up my Memphis Dust this morning. Iโ€™ll be bringing to a SB party, so prepping half in a sweet sauce, and half in a spicy sauce.

Try some with Tiger Sauce. It is a great sauce that is available at most grocers. Let us see those babies once you have them all made up.

If you stuff it and roll it up it's called a porchetta. It's damn good eatin'
