So I purchased a hog this summer and was going through my freezer tonight to take inventory and found a pork fillet individually packaged. I also had two tenderloins. Is this just part of that? If so cook it like a tenderloin?

Might be a pork loin. How is it in size compared to the tenderloin. If a loin you could cure for some canadian bacon or use for one of the many recipes for loin.
