    Ribs, Ribs, Ribs

    So finally got back to making some pork ribs St Louis style after a beef-ribs streak. Salt, Memphis Dust, 250 Degrees for 5 hours wrapped them in butchers paper at 3 hours - just in time for the game! Happy Veterans day weekend, thank you vets for our freedom.

        Looking good. What do you attribute the one at the too being significantly lighter to?

        The lighter one spent the most time on the bottom rack which runs a bit cooler than the top. I should of rotated them more probably but didn’t want to risk breaking them.

      Very nice. I can't turn on the TV. The Giants are losing to the worst team in the NFL.

        I’m a Giants fan and they suck. Can’t watch either.
        But look at the bright side. They might get the first round pick.
