ID:	398911 I always wanted to smoke a beef roast on the Traeger and today I did it for my neighbour Dianne. The beef roast turned out very good I followed Meatheads method, I dry brined it and seasoned with BBR and put it on the smoker. I seared it on the gas grill when it was 125F and it turned out med rare. The pork tender loin turned out good too as I knew that it should not be over cooked or it will be dry. See attached pictures, I also made a batch of bourbon baked beans.
