Cooked my first pork belly a few weeks ago and it was really good. Went to our butcher shop Friday to get items for our big feed yesterday and they had pork belly for 3.99lb so I had them cut me a 9 lb slab.
So I see the post about burnt end pork belly and it looked so good I have to give it a try. So, I'm not very good at remembering to take pictures but I did this time.
Here's where we started.
After 2-1/2 hours on the kettle with the SnS I moved them into a pan with brown sugar, honey and butter and back on the grill fro another hour to hour and half.
