    Saturday Evening Spare Ribs

    Cooked up a full rack of spare ribs...coated them in mustard then used Famous Dave's Rib Rub on them...let them cook 5 hours and spritz ed twice with Apple juice...When they were done basted with some of Malcolm Reeds Pork Belly Burnt Ends Glaze that was left over from last weekend...

    Best ribs I have cooked so far...

                      I just tried biting my phone to see if I could taste those beautiful ribs. Unfortunately it didn't work. Guess I'll just have to settle with drooling on the phone. Oh well
