    July 4th Last Meal Ribs

These came out exceptional. Memphis Dust, hung in the propane cabinet smoker for 5½ hours with hickory, then sauced with my Rum Molasses sauce which I added an additional ¼ cup of cider vinegar to which really improved it. I had been finding it too sweet. I made latin-style yellow rice with vegetables as a side. There was also a salad.

I was gonna ask the same question.
Dang and I'm gonna eat some plain old hot dogs for dinner. Nice job brother.

S-A-L-A-D? What is this salad of which you speak? Is this something that you use to get the wood going?
Seriously, sounds good, I like a salad too.

Not just a great looking result, but fantastic uniformity, The cuts are perfect. It's rare to have ribs come out presented in a manner in which you don't look and say "Wow, I would pick that rib right there." I would pick any of those ribs.
