I have 4 large boneless butts to cook along with 5 chucks & have room for all in the vertical smoker, I don't think it will hurt for the chucks to drip on the butts while cooking. A little beef juice on the pork wont hurt will it? they are for pulled pork & pulled beef for the dinner on the 4th. I will be doing ribs on the 4th (10 racks) so the pulled beef & pork have to be done a day or 2 early. Don't want an all night cook & then continue in to an all day cook,(it took all day last year). I'm to old for that. As usual all comments welcome.
