Bon Appetit posted a recipe of make ahead ribs. The idea seems to have some merit. I would love to have a reliable make-ahead-rib recipe that doesn't turn out fall off the bone ribs.
Anyone have a reliable recipe? Maybe this is a task for some Meathead BBQ science.
I jus' make my ribs, as per usual...
Wrap 'em up in foil, chuck 'em in th' fridge...
Reheat at destined time/location, in oven on lowest settin' ~170°.
Unwrap, enjoy 'fresh-cooked' ribs!
