I bought a 1/2 pig. Included is a smoked ham. The label reads "Must Be Cooked." Does that mean it was cold smoked and I can cook it as I would a raw, cured ham? In other words, at 325 degrees with a little light smoke?
You don't have to cook it at 325 and you should get it to a IT of 140. I do the cooked ones periodically and I let the smoke rip. Meaning you can cook it at much lower temps than 325, so wherever your cooker runs best.

Reason: More clarity.
