    It doesn't matter really. Most of the ones where I shop are in the 4-6lb range so I usually just half them. I never used to, then one time I did and haven't looked back.

      Nice work Husk. What did you use to cook it on? Please tell me you fired up that Wichita to cook a 2 pound butt.
      BTW, if they think you have a northern accent, I wonder what they would think of my Minnesoootah accent.

            Cool beans man. I have a ~4lb'er thawing that I'm either doing tomorrow or Thurs, not sure yet. Might even try out the mustard bath marinade with HRR.
