    bacon in a stick burner

    Used Meathead's recipe several times. maple bacon is my favorite. I use a Food Saver bag to brine the pork belly. I mix up the brew in a large pot then cut a bag for a 4# slab. Add the brine, get out as much air as possible, then seal the bag. No leaks. Works real well.

    I'm tempted to make some beef brisket bacon.

      "Bacon in a stickburner" has a nice ring to it. Sounds like a title of a song

        Really looking forward to March when I purchase the mms 60 bacon will be one of the first things I do to break it in.
