    reheat pork roast

    Yesterday I put a pork butt in my MES and smoked it for 13 hours at 230, The temp only got up to 148.5 and I had to take it out of the smoker for at 81 yrs old I had to get some rest for my golf time Sat Morning, I put it in a Texas krutch and wrapped it up prety good and put it in a warm oven til this AM. My QUESTION is can I heat it up to 190 in the oven so I can have some pulled pork?

    Don't see why not. You've already got a good amount of smoke in it. Try at 225-250 (guessing, it's what I'd try), then wait a few hours. Well, may be more than just a few hours if it was only up to 148.

      skibo, EdF, Turn the Oven On and enjoy your Golf Game! I agree with EdF totally! In the future I would plan on turning the Heat Up after 4-6 Hrs to Power through the Stahl! Note this Not a Universally Accepted Procedure, I am not feeding the Universe?
