    Friday's cook

    so as I said after the rib I was going to be doing 31lbs of pulled pork. Dry brined for 36 hours used mmd after this cook though I've decided I need a larger smoker which will have to wait till March to get. I also baked my orange chocolate cupcakes with orange chocolate frosting. Which I delivered to old coworkers who loved them and said brought back many memories.

      Just 9, but wanted left overs for wife and mother in law to have easy meals while I'm back on the road .

      Everything was quite delicious now looking forward to thanksgiving when I'll next be home for smoked turkey and Christmas will be smoked prime rib

      I'm cooking on camp chef smoke vault 24. Between my cook of 6 racks of ribs and the 4 pork shoulders it seemed everything was very crowded and I'd like to be able to do more variety at one time
