I started curing some belly last Thursday so it's been in the juice 5 days...sorta. When I flipped it today I saw that one bag with 4 lbs of belly in it leaked almost all the juice out after yesterday's flip. Thank goodness its in a pan! Do I need to mix up more curing juice and refill the bag or let it go? I was planning to smoke and slice Saturday, 4 days from now.

Meathead Jerod Broussard David Parrish or anyone else know what I should do? From what I've read on other forums it will probably be ok with no more juice.

It would probably be ok, but if there is any doubt, toss it out. Did you just flip it now since thursday? When I do bacon, or anything with curing, I typically flip/agitate at least daily if not every 12 hours. If it only lost the fluid over the last 12-24 hours it should be fine, I've had leaks before as well, doing pastrami and canadian bacon.
