    Gearing up for a smoke

    Having a party on Saturday. Just rubbed almost 30lbs of pork. Can't wait to get it cooking tomorrow after work for an overnight cook.

      Yeah, I'm expecting a fairly good crowd. Cooking a ton of sides too. Will be an all day cooking event tomorrow. I'll post some pictures.

    That looks like Memphis Dust on your butts. I love the smell as they smoke so I tend to hang around the smoker a lot. Have fun and enjoy the pulled pork with those you're cooking for!
