a bit of a happy accident here....and I feel it my responsibility to put it out in the world.
I was inspired a few weeks back when another outfit posted a recipe for Japanese wings that were marinated in Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce.
I made those, and they were really good. I immediately thought to myself that that particular recipe may work well with ribs.
Well....everyone and their mom seems to have seen that same video, b/c I havent found Bachans sauce since. However my local store did still have the "hot and spicy" version on the shelves. I've walked past that for the last 3 weeks without buying.
Today inspiration struck....and I'm happy to report the results were amazing and so simple.
I simply applied Meatheads Memphis dust to some ribs and cooked normally. applying the aforementioned sauce towards the end. The results are a sweet and (barely) spicy home run. Please replicate and enjoy!
