    Hope the ribs turned out good man. Yeah, definitely not my first pbc cook. Mine looks like the stack on an old coal plant

    Yeah Jerrold, you can't beat em for a butt. That's for darn sure. I can't cook em any better on my stick burner honestly. Pbc is da bomb

    If not for two, 10 brisket cooks, and a 12 brisket cook, I'm might be pretty close with butts and briskets.

    I don't freak out over the briskets as much as everyone does that I cook for. But I do freak out over the butts, I swear them things keep getting better. Dad dropped off a 14 pound double pack of butts today.
