I am surprised no one asked how I pull it because I threw it in the cooler last night. Well simple answer is I don't... I chop it in my vcm aka a 45 quart food processor on steroids. It has a plastic blade on it for kneading bread but also works great for chopping pulled pork. It has a 5hp motor and spins at 1150 rpm..
