Reheating french fries [kids leftovers or even big kids] works in the skillet very well. My mother age 94 has been doing this for years. When she eats out, she always has leftovers and she taught me this.
Chef John is also on Allrecipes.com. He's the guy I got my awesome chicken thigh marinade from. That marinade is so, so good I need rehab. He has dozens of really great recipes with video's that make them simple to follow.
Witchcraft! I've been using a microwave/broiler combo to reheat pizza, need to try this next time. Of course, I usually just take a slice out of the fridge and munch away.
