    Pizza on baking steel

    First pizza on baking steel tonight. Very similar to using pizza stones. Temps were the same. Used the IR rotisserie burner.

    Looks great! I received my 3/8" Baking Steel a couple of weeks ago, in the oven it seems to cook the pizza better than my pizza stone did. I haven't tried it on the kamado yet.
