Next thing you know you will be making your own dough, freezing it so you can have pizza anytime , and experimenting with different pies it's all good stuff

Totally understand. First thing we tried on our new smoker was making pizza and the smoke really adds something.

TG pies don't suck at all. Get a stone or steel sheet for fresh made pies.

Pellet pizza. Where have you been all my life!

Wife and I have an 8 week old so dinner at times goes by the wayside. Decided to pop a frozen pizza in the Traeger Timberline to test it out and boy am I glad I did! Didn’t think 24 minutes on the grill would yield some of that wood flavor. Wife has declared pizza only on the Traeger now and I can’t wait to put some fresh pies on there.

Pellets used: mos of Traeger Hickory and some Cherry. (Cookin pellets perfect mix should be in tomorrow)
