I have found that using the 10 inch tortilla shells works perfect for a thin crust pizza cooked on the BGE. Just add your favorite toppings, preheat your pizza stone and you're set. I do a double pan about half way through to keep the crust from burning.

Traeger Pro 34
Napoleon Prestige Pro 500
Pit Barrel Cooker
Blackstone Range Combo Griddle
I know it's been a long time since you sent this but I have been out of commission, sort of. I cook the pizzas on a stone and about half way through, I slide it onto an aluminum pizza pan to finish out. That way it doesn't burn the bottom. Sorry about the delay.
