I froze a meatloaf that I cooked on the charcoal kettle. I think it was a MH recipe. While making some mac and cheddar, i thought of the meatloaf. I mixed it in, topped it with more cheddar and panko breadcrumbs. I put it in the oven and browned it up. It had a nice, smokey flavor.
