Along the lines of what you are thinking on the Mac and cheese egg rolls, I just remembered that I recently made Mac and cheese grilled cheese. Proving again that Mac and cheese goes in everything! And brisket would’ve made it better.
Yum!! Now try adding some pulled pork to that sandwich, I had it off of a food truck once about 10 years ago, really changed the way I thought about food.
I'm spending the weekend at a friend's in the country. We usually smoke a lot of stuff for them to vacuum seal for later. We started using pulled pork as Hors d'oeuvres/ charcuterie tray snacks while relaxing in the pool with a glass (or four) of Port wine.
