Little known in the US but damn is it good. Affectionately known in the UK as "brown sauce"...its got a great tang to it.

Never seen it, but Google tells me there's a Worcestershire kinda taste, is that right? So does it taste like A1? I always though Worcestershire tasted like low-key watery A1.

I had it when I was in the Navy and stopped in Portsmouth Naval station at the Officer's Club and had dinner there. Roast beef of course. As I understand it "brown sauce" is very common in England.

Thanks. Will try Whole Foods again. No Wegmans here.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it at Meijer
UPDATE: Meijer's does carry it, bought some yesterday, unfortunately, we had spaghetti last night and cold cereal this morning, so haven't had a chance to try it out yet.Last edited by Murdy; August 6, 2019, 08:20 AM.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Maverick 732, DigiQ, and too much other stuff to mention.
We have it at Wegman’s. I have nothing against steak sauces, in fact I really like them, but for some reason I always forget to use them. Too busy eating steak I guess. I should probably start using them on all the burgers I eat, that would probably be really good.

I know it well and enjoy it! As a general rule, I don’t like any "steak sauce" on my steak, but I have used HP on plenty of foods. When I lived in Canada as a kid, I remember there was a "fruity" version or something that was pretty good.

Yes, I'm a big fan. It's awesome on scrambled eggs. And not watery at all, it's like ketchup. Really good stuff, with bold flavor. It's one of those bottles that must always be on the top shelf in my fridge => easy access.
